Clubistan Echoes of Roots: A Concert by Laylo

On 29 November, songwriter and composer Laylo took the stage at Westminster International University in Tashkent for a special concert presented by Clubistan, the youth programme of the Centre for Contemporary Arts Tashkent (CCA).

The evening opened with warm remarks from Dr Sara Raza, Artistic Director and Chief Curator of CCA. Performing alongside her ensemble, Laylo shared pieces from her debut album Roots, blending jazz undertones, hip-hop influences and poetic storytelling into a heartfelt, intimate atmosphere.

An intimate conversation with the artist closed the evening with inspiring thoughts.
